Our Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for something else. We believe shopping should be stress-free, and that includes the return process.
How It Works
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team or visit your account dashboard to start a return request within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging if possible. Include any accessories, tags, and the packing slip.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid shipping label we provide. Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Conditions
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Products must be unused and in their original condition
Original packaging and tags must be included when possible
Sale items and gift cards are final sale
Personalized or custom items cannot be returned
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or product? We are happy to help with exchanges. Simply follow the same return process and let us know what you would like instead. If there is a price difference, we will adjust accordingly. Exchange shipping is on us.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
